Their defense is unreal. Imagine if they still had Sasser to get their offense going..Houston is da*&^% good. They're playing AZ just like they played us. Super tough on the boards. Stifling D.
I'm feeling marginally better about our loss.
I also don't want to see Duke gain advantage from the media coverage as they continue in the tournament, reminiscent of media coverage for Williams in 2005, Olson in 2001, and Pitino in 2013.The K love fest will get more unbearable every day Dook stays alive, so I’d love to see TT dispatch them tonight.
Their defense is so impressive. Every player locked in and giving 110% effort and scrapping for every loose ball.Fine, I'm rooting for Houston, $#@&_.
Their defense is just brutally tough.
In honor of Kerr --- as I recall reading.I know he's named after Steve kerr, but why does kriisa have Kerr on his jersey instead of kriisa?
Nope - they called the foul earlier in that sequence.I had the game on mute and missed it. Why did Koloko get free throws there at the end? Seemed like the guy that was fouled was Mathurin.
Username checks outI would not be opposed to bringing the blues back and make the team know orange is for the special games

I thought KenPom was an outlier (on the high side) for Houston.........as least as compared to NET.It's almost like predictive metrics like KenPom, Torvik, etc. are reasonably accurate...
I always root against blue bloods. They already sell the narrative that you have to play there to win championships.I have this jealousy thing. I don't want anyone else to win their first NCAA title until after we win ours. Hence, I always root for the Blue Bloods once we get elminated. UCLA gets my vote this year. Who cares if they win a 12th?!!!
DUKE - I don't like coach K. No coach/team deserves eight 5-stars on the roster. It detracts from "coaching"
KANSAS - cheaters
And no way Purdue or Michigan!!!!
Well, #1 in KenPom just lost to #17. And only 2 of the top 4 are still in. So while it says something, not something enough to be predictive. I'll definitely be paying way more attention next year just looking for teams that fit the same profile for bracket and gambling purposes.I thought KenPom was an outlier (on the high side) for Houston.........as least as compared to NET.
However, it looks like Ken knows something that the NCAA doesn't.
