So they just stated that 3 Az. players might be drafted in the upcoming NBA draft. Likely, they were thinking all three starting frosh. But what about Bradley and Krivas who are every bit as good and as important. Del Orso and Awaka are also likely future NBA guys. There is a reason everyone is picking them to win the Dance.

Purdue is keeping pace with Arizona. Looks like Braden Smith came to play for a change. If Purdue can get Loyer going, life will be good.

Purdue is overmatched.
No they are not. What game are you watching. They are hanging right in there and just took the lead. Their experience against Arizona's talent is actually going to be a better matchup than I thought it would be

Arizona getting punched in the mouth in front of a homecourt for them. It will be interesting to see what happens in the 2nd half. It feels like Purdue's experience might be a tipping point but still a whole half left to go

Arizona played one B1G team all season, and beat UCLA by 4 at home, so they aren't used to this level of competition.

Also, Purdue is the best offensive team they've gone up against all year.

Talent disparity and all, Purdue up by 7 at half. They played about as well as they could have wished for. 7 3s and even outrebounding Arizona in 1st half.

I know it’s very early, but a couple of those shots of Tommy Lloyd on the sideline made me think of the end of Miracle. (coaching from behind)
