4/1 Games - The Final Four

Tough call on brooks followed by a no call on Ennis. Rough couple possessions for the ducks and zebras.

UNC's very clever strategy of missing all of their free throws and getting the rebounds pays off. Well played Roy Williams.

I have never seen a big game so horribly officiated. Every call went NC's way and Meeks pushed off to get last rebound. What a joke!

That was really weird. How do you not even try to box out? Makes me wonder........

Bell didn't box out the first time, and then does an even worse job of boxing out the second time. Hmmmmmmm

I'm sorry but no player is going to point shave for a game that could mean playing in the national championship. I just don't buy it.

You could tell looking at Bell's body language and the way he walked away at the end of the game that he knew he just messed up twice.

I had that same thought.

Me too. Then during the on court celebration, I noticed Sean May in a suit celebrating with the team. Googled him and apparently he's their Director of player development and will be leaving to join the UNCW staff.

No way Gonzaga wins on Monday. Hope I'm wrong but refs won't allow it. I absolutely can't stand those fake class cheaters from n c.

LOL. Come on. That was horrible boxing out by the Ducks. End of story. Stick your butt out and box them out and no one has a chance to blame the refs. UNC's guys made plays. Oregon's didn't. Your bias is showing.

Gonzaga is another team that is generally treated very well by the officials, so we will see.

Yeah, the officiating is just bad. Both teams get calls. I thought the refs were more in UNC's favor vs. Kentucky. To your general point, we tend to remember only the bad calls that go against the team we want to win. It's why every post game thread starts with officiating complaints.

That big dude they have travels just about every time he has the call and it never gets called. It's quite perplexing.

Assuming you mean Karnowski, I agree with you. If the refs favor anybody in the title game, though, IMO it'll more than likely be North Carolina.

He's the one who reminded me more of Sean May--galloping into the lane and sending defenders flying but never getting called for it. Would be fun to see UNC & ol' Roy get a taste of payback in that regard, especially with May in the crowd...
