Borzello 2 for 2 so far, and has picked the ACC to win 9-5. Just hope he's wrong about us.

I have us losing by 2 and the ACC winning 8-6. I'll take us winning and everyone else losing though and wouldnt care, I just want us to win. First road game wont be easy for a young team IMO

I would rather lose to Wake and beat the Nerds than Vice Versa :D

I can live with Borzello being a good prognosticator.
What bugs me about this whole deal is that the ACC's worst team, Pitt, does not play. To be a fairer measure of conference equality, I would argue that their #8 team should be left out. Then their top 7 play our top 7 and their bottom 7 play our bottom 7. That would change a lot of match-ups and improve our chances immeasurably.

But who said life was fair?

another awful game to watch, Nerds and GT, geez...6 points combined 5 minutes in

I think we win but the rest of the conference disappoints... 2-12 (MSU with the other win)

Northeastern GT game making last nights snoozer look electric. 7-2 at the under 12:00. All 7 GT points by Lammers. Fugly

Brutal game. Also I have to remind myself every position that I am actually rooting for NW. GT seems to be running on them which gives me hope.

Does the Big Ten have any say in the match ups, or just the TV folks?

I mean Duke v Indiana? Nobody expected IU to be this bad, but definitely not in the realm of Duke. You can't play Duke MSU every year, but sheesh.

Hope im watching Fridays northwestern team. Awful. 35 points in first 29 minutes

Incidentally, Louisville Purdue is pretty bad tv as well

Needing alternate home and away also determines matchups as well as having to work around events like the PK80, Champions Classic, etc. So MSU couldn’t play Duke or UNC this year.
