CBS is horrible with these commercials. They got a great deal off of the NCAA because the NCAA is incompetent.
ESPN did a good job with the women’s game did not destroy the flow.

This could get awkward... I thought I was tuning into a competitive game
Didn't think this game would be over in the first 8 minutes, but this looks like a mismatch. Baylor making Gonzaga look slow. With how good Baylor plays defense, I doubt the Zags can make up 15 points
Honestly I'm not sure a complete beat down of Gonzaga wouldn't be more entertaining.

Shades of our game against Loyola. Baylor knows the Zags love to score in transition, but they're effectively shutting that down. Zags not able to play to their strengths.

I know this was the beginning of the season, but Baylor was the only team we faced all season where my thought was 'This team is better than us' while it was going on.
Told my wife before the game that I would like to see the Zags complete a perfect season....but that Baylor just had too many advantages. Bears simply have an elite defense, elite shooting, and elite speed with the ball. Zags have not seen any of those all season....and Baylor has it through their entire lineup. Zags are good, but they won't beat Baylor tonight.
The only way the Zags keep it close is if Baylor gets sloppy and complacent....and they can do that as we have seen already. If they stay focused and play hard to the buzzer, this lead could go over 25.

Zags zone is very low energy. They have to pick up defensive intensity if they are going to stay in it.
I don't think there's any adjustments Gonzaga can make. Baylor's just so much faster and quicker at every position. Can't keep them off the offensive boards on defense, can't get open for any clean perimeter looks on offense.

Just tuned in before the half, do my eyes deceive me? Has anybody wondered how Bo Boroski gets a national championship game. Sheesh! Talk about low standards. Is the NCAA so cheap they would have him do the game just because he's from Indy? Wow.
