Good win tonight. Big game tomorrow. Keep it rolling.
Goal of the season, IMO, by Kubalik. He's been great lately. 20 goals, 18 even strength goals. Great find by the scouting department.
GOT him for a 5th from LA. What a steal.

Hawks have been good at signing free agents from Europe.LA traded him because he wasn't going to sign with them. Excellent job by the Hawks not only ID-ing him, but also convincing him they offered a very good opportunity. Panarin's success spoke volumes. Kahun too, on a much smaller scale.

Stan not get any credit?
Wonder how much ice time he got in the 3rd...3 points back, game in hand. Pretty much controlled the Jets tonight. PK has been outstanding lately. Love Cags, but woof!
Congrats to Patrick Kane on reaching 1,000 points. He seems to be getting better with age. Wonder if he will play long enough to break Makita's team record.
Hawks got robbed last night. Should have had 2 points in regulation, but have to settle for an OT loss due to refs mistake.
Pure, unadulterated, total jobbing by the refs:
1) Carpenter cross check in face off the draw
2) Dach no penalty shot
3) bull**** handpass call
4) questionable penalty on Smith
5) Nylander getting a penalty on Pasta's embellishment
Ridiculously one sided. That crew deserves sanctions (won't happen). Ugh.
Huge 5 game western Canada road trip looming.
Yep, one week until the trade deadline. Will be interesting to see what happens with the Hawks.

Sign me up for all those plus the top 10 draft pick this year. Here's what I think the Hawks could get: to me Gus is worth a 2nd, Saad is worth 1st++, Lehner is worth a 1st, and Crow is worth a conditional 2nd.
Does anyone have an idea what the Hawks' path forward looks like? I don't see a discernible plan at this point. It looks like most if not all of the young talent is already on the roster.
