Another come from behind win. Don't know how sustainable these comeback can be but I'll take the dub. I do think we are a flawed 7-3 team though. However, we might finally have a legit head coach.

Might? You can take that one to the bag. You don't win these games late without belief and culture. That's 100% the head coach.

It's nice to see Caleb reaming guys out and showing that leadership. The amount of dropped balls, guys not coming back for the ball, etc, that's just unacceptable. That left tackle position.....it's about as bad as I can remember.

Being 7-3 is exciting but all seven wins have been against !!! teams. They won’t be pulling victories from their collective rear end as the schedule gets tougher.

The only teams you can play are the games on your schedule. Beating Minnesota at their place is a great win. They're favored against Pittsburgh this week. Never apologize for a W. With the amount of injuries they've had on defense this year, they've fought each and every week, plus they have a QB who is taking his game to a new level, despite running for his life and his receivers not catching balls that hit them between the numbers. 3 -4 down the stretch and they're in the playoffs.

Yes you can only play the teams on the schedule. No one is saying otherwise. But if they don’t step it up considerably starting next Sunday they are in for a rude awakening. As for Williams he is clearly much improved over last year, but he was not very good today.

Bears will hopefully get a bit healthier soon.
I like their chances to win all 4 remaining home games.
If so, they'd be 11-6 which is certainly good enough for the playoffs,
and maybe even enough to win the NFC North. No small feat.
GO BEARS!!

The NFL isn't a how league, it's how many. Wins are wins and should be valued as such. The Bears are certainly a flawed team but have made improvements from where they have been. In order to win big eventually, you must first learn how to win. That is especially true in that league where so many games are one score margins. The little details matter virtually every week.

The next leap will have to be taken by the front office in the offseason in addressing some of their shortcomings. Need some D line pass rush help, some work on the O line & it wouldn't hurt to find a burner threat on offense. Maybe Burden will become that. But right now they have some good receivers but no real burner that can just pop one from deep. This is the scary part as the Bear front office has a habit of failing to deliver.

Assuming the front office makes some solid moves to address shortcomings, they have some good young pieces to be in the playoff mix in a serious way next year & maybe contending for more in 2 years. Caleb isn't perfect but he seems to be improving & has some good traits. Namely he doesn't throw it to the other team very often.
