If I’m remembering correctly he was part of the Clydesdale Line with Dirk Graham and Curt Fraser. Was a gritty player who could score.

Enjoy! Going to Vegas this weekend to watch them...and also hoping they don't get embarrassed.

we are going to roughly improve by 15 pts and -30 GD. (-70 Vs -34 now ) we are the youngest team in the league. im happy with the progress. Rinzel Nazar Bedard look much better then before Break. our 2 best prospects are having good years (and they'll be here soon). the second tier of prospects are mostly having great years. had Bedard not been out the team might be in the wildcard hunt.

btw, Lev is improving. the reset helped: https://chicago.suntimes.com/blackh...-defense-improved-moritz-seider-jeff-blashill

On the plus side: I like that they didn't back down when Minnesota was challenged by their GM to be more physical and engaged. There was a lot of rough stuff yesterday and they got in the middle of it.

On the negative side: They really don't have anyone who's a legit face puncher. Foligno brought some of that when he was with the Hawks but I really don't think anyone does that now. The reason I find it's a negative is that there were at least two Wild players who were throwing punches in one of the skirmishes and the Hawks didn't have anyone to counter that (or have anyone willing to). There was poor officiating for not giving the Wild players extra penalties but it is what it is. Boisvert is willing for sure but he's still waiting on the work visa. Plus I don't know how good of a fighter he is so...it's not a big deal but if they had someone who will punch your face in when you're taking liberties with Bedard and Nazar, etc., the less liberties will be taken.

Having said that, great game yesterday. The improvement is there. Next year, they should be good enough to be fighting for a wild card spot.

100%.
I don't want a goon squad but you have to have 1 or 2 guys to protect your stars. I don't know what Davidson is thinking.
