I’d guess that Wiggins and Wing are better known to most Cubs fans, but Caple has made a lot of noise this year. He started out repeating A+ In his second pro season and was promoted to AA after 5 starts (3-1, 2.49, 0,97, 26 Ks in 21.2 IP and .190 BA against). Been a little up and down since the promotion , but in 13 games his overall stats have been solid (3-3, 3.34, 1.05, 66 Ks in 64.2 IP, .219)..Wiggins and Wing probably have higher ceilings, but Caple’s health has allowed the 6-6, 230 pounder the development time he needs. He’s likely to exceed 95 innings pitched in both his first two pro seasons. Wiggins season high is 78 last year and Wing has only 28.1 in this his first year.

I think you might have those flipped. Though still a good ratio in high A, I believe it is in A ball where his walks exceeded his strikeouts. Kane Kepley had more walks than Ks at A+ by a pretty good number. But he has far less power than Hartshorn. He was recently promoted to AA, and not sure of his ratio there.
