yea agree

decent chance we can pick up 2 games over the next 4 days if we play well
That can’t be right. I distinctly remember at least one poster during the Cubs big losing streak writing that Cubs wouldn’t even make playoffs. And multiple people posting within the last month that the Cubs couldn’t win division. (And not saying any of those were you.). You might want to check your math again. 😎

I may have said that I didn't think that they were going to win another game. Pretty sure that I said it to a Grandson

Maybe Milwaukee is choking on a combination of stale beer, brats & that dumbass L flag stunt they pulled last year. We can hope

Or maybe just the fact that they’ve been playing at a 100-win pace without a 100-win quality roster, and things are bound to even out a little over the course of a 162-game season.

To whit, the Cubs should gain at least a game on them over the rest of the season just based on the two team’s disparity between home and road schedules. Cubs have 4 more home games than the Brewers do.

Looks like I was wrong and some others were right.

I don't like this idea at all. He's a guy that loses command quite often. You can deal with that as a starter because you have time to right the ship and give a quality start. Coming in the 8th inning of a 4-3 game.....you have to be sharp from pitch one. He has the "stuff" to be a high leverage guy, but I don't think he has command of it.

Dodgers bullpen didn’t do us any favors against the Brewers in the 9th. Sheesh. What a choke job.
