Chicago White Sox 2026

I really enjoy 2026 White Sox. Great D, great effort in batters box, great effort from young staff. Great veteran leadership from Benintensi, Grichuk and Fedde...hungry, young and bonded...Why not?

Just saw a playoff simulation that had the White Sox losing to the Padres in the World Series. Wouldn't that be an unexpected result.

Maybe unexpected... or maybe not. The Sox DO have a rather famous and influential fan out there. Here's what he says...

“Sport can truly become a school of life, where all can learn that abundance does not come from victory at any cost, but from sharing, from respecting others and from the joy of walking together. In this spirit, it is my hope that the White Sox will continue to foster bonds of friendship and solidarity among people, and thus bear hopeful witness to the possibility of living and working together in peace. With these sentiments, I willingly invoke the Almighty's abundant blessings upon you and your loved ones."
– Pope Leo XIV (notable long-time White Sox fan)

Chase Gregory Meidroth. He’s Nellie Fox with long-ball POWER. What a needed blast.

Sox went down to H-Town and played with poise and determination in these Houston games. They did not look like a young team just feeling their way along. They played like winners. And they played well in Houston. A place that had not been kind to them.

This great Season goes on. More to enjoy, Sox Nation!

Heading down for the Purdue game on Saturday. Any recommendations for a good place to watch the Sox beforehand in Champaign, preferably close to the stadium? Thanks!

A lot of analysts are stating that the Sox are playing with house money now. For me, as a season ticket holder, I am simply excited to be able to go to a Black Out game in October. This team, for me, might be one of the most exciting clubs I have followed. They play the right way and have a lot of fun in the process -- a testament to the culture that Getz and co are developing.

Win one game in Cleveland, and the Sox are guaranteed at least two more home games this year.

I am a die-hard Sox fan, but I am almost more interested in seeing for Mune postgame celebration interviews. So...let's keep this thing rolling!

Cubs fan here but I like to see the Sox do well. What a great season they had, especially in the context of the previous three. In my head I was thinking they were off to Tampa, but I see they are bracketed with Cleveland, so this is falling into place nicely for the Sox. Not a great prize for the Rays for having the best record in the AL. They get the Yankees in their division series who was clearly the next best in the league. Would love to see the Sox in the ALCS.

Hagen Smith gets the nod again for the Game 1 start. Curious if they let him go 4 or 5 innings this time if he starts strong.

The White Sox have picked up some new fans along the way around the country – at least for a while. Media has been playing up how the Sox had those really bad seasons in a row only to find themselves now competitive and thriving in just one year of a fast turnaround.

This is an interesting story for people who are not even big baseball fans. They like the story of someone or something that has struggled and gone through bad times only to find themselves turning things around and having fun and being successful.

This is a truly interesting story beyond baseball and illustrates a part of human nature that everyone can identify with. We all struggle and go through hard times and we work and hope to see us get out of that one day and find our way to success.

I can see everyone from religious leaders to business leaders and others picking up on the Sox story and using it in their sermons and business seminars and even psychology conferences and courses.

The spirits of Sox greats of the past are looking down and smiling these days. And we've smiling right along with them.
