Ok, I know people have said the junior asst. coaches are involved in offense or defense strategy but are they seriously THE game planners and NOT the main assistants? That would explain why Chester left.

so why did it happen? And did he leave on good terms? It can't be money because Whitman has proven he can get it done. This smells of a rift between Chester and Brad.
