Calipari has gotten lazy. He used to actually be a decent coach, but he got to the point at which he rolled out the ball and thought that's all he needed to do. I will be shocked if he has any level of success at Arkansas - it's the equivalent of when Kansas hired Les Miles
Playing a bunch of uber-talented freshmen every year probably makes it more difficult to do anything but roll the ball out there and rely on athleticism to carry the day. It will be interesting to see if he changes his recruiting strategy moving forward.
I wouldn't be surprised if he finds a new chip on his shoulder in Fayetteville. I imagine he'd love to stick it to Big Blue now...Then again, maybe he's just in cash-them-checks mode until the timer runs out.

It sucks that Chester left and is taking his ball (players) with him; and I get that the hope is Brad will bring in either equivalent or better replacements, but I am trying to wrap my head around what soured the situation with Chester? Was the reason for Chester leaving his alma mater based on cumulative situations, or did one major thing happen that caused him to go looking?

Seems to largely be a question of convincing OA's wife, so the odds go as she does.

Bingo …

Give BU credit. He knows option A has a roadblock to hurdle, but he has option B and C ready to go.

Unlike past coaches where they assume everything is locked up.
