I did the exact same thing! LOL!I totally misread this and thought it said Brad not Beard. Whew. I was trying to reconcile this with your previous two posts.

I need a Josh hug.
Is there any chance of TA coming back if we increase the $ or is that bridge permanently burned?Chester hates IU … He would never ever work there … Wouldn't even consider it … That’s the majority of the reason …
Do I think Chester would’ve stayed at WVU even if DeVries stayed … No … And it’s not really think … I know Chester would’ve left … Lol …
It’s not a coincidence literally only 1 assistant and 1 player (his own son) followed DeVries to IU …
I don’t really love the tone of that rationale.
gives more of a stuck with you vibe than a happily ever after one.

I mean, it may start with his agent, but it certainly becomes a monster via the message board banter. The Underwood buzz for other jobs every year comes from his agent, not from over-reacting fans or message board banter. FYI.
What happens if JW calls their bluff and says no...Brad’s people will use it as leverage to try and get him an extension and a raise …
It’s simple business …
I would be absolutely shocked if he came backIs there any chance of TA coming back if we increase the $ or is that bridge permanently burned?
Insiders have spoken on this several times in the past. Not coming back. PeriodIs there any chance of TA coming back if we increase the $ or is that bridge permanently burned?
Tracks with my experience with jacket-less vest guysHe wears out his welcome very, very quickly …
And that was football. I think there is a bball buyout too much for them. Might have donors who CAN afford it, but will they do it?The Church of Scient-Aggie-gy paid Jimbo Fisher $77.5 million to go away. No buyout is too much for them.
It's a fan forum. Perpetual angst.Brad isn't leaving. Not sure why this board does this every single time.

Has a high major school ever paid a guy for a year to stay away and then not only hired him back the next year but also paid him more money? Asking for a friend. Is there any chance of TA coming back if we increase the $ or is that bridge permanently burned?
huh??

Indiana University parts ways with athletic trainer accused of turning a blind eye to sexual abuse
Tim Garl won't be back for his 45th season as the Hoosiers basketball trainer because the school is looking for a "fresh start," his attorney said.www.nbcnews.com
That's where I'm at with it. Texas and A&M are pretty similar in this area. They have infinitely deep pockets and are happy to spend whatever for football, but have yet to show anything close to that willingness for basketball. IDK if we were ever given an idea of the type of offer UT had for Brad, but whatever it was and however large I would imagine it was worth, Brad turned it down. And that was football. I think there is a bball buyout too much for them. Might have donors who CAN afford it, but will they do it?
If Nate Oats is really looking to get out of Alabama, I'd be careful about what I asked for after a fairly disappointing season. Not a face off …
Brad’s people do their job and listen to offers on Brad’s behalf … A&M will talk to them as they should … Brad’s a great candidate for them and would be a home run …

Well , it is April FOOLS day..............Brad isn't leaving. Not sure why this board does this every single time.
Sign me up for being a #2 seed and losing in the elite 8 for my disappointing years. Dude has their only final four, 2/3 of their elite 8s and 25 of their sweet 16s. I think he can ask for darn near whatever he wants. If Nate Oats is really looking to get out of Alabama, I'd be careful about what I asked for after a fairly disappointing season.
I think Bash is talking about Underwood being careful about what he's asking for because Nate Oats might be available for the right price (although that's extremely unlikely).Sign me up for being a #2 seed and losing in the elite 8 for my disappointing years. Pretty sure he’s referring to BU being careful what he asks for.Sign me up for being a #2 seed and losing in the elite 8 for my disappointing years. Dude has their only final four, 2/3 of their elite 8s and 25 of their sweet 16s. I think he can ask for darn near whatever he wants.
The word here is that's actually not the case and he's not happy having to deal with lack of resources / staff moneySign me up for being a #2 seed and losing in the elite 8 for my disappointing years.
