Damn... he really !!!! the bed this season - why didn't Josh fire him within an hour after our loss to Kentucky?

Instead, our booster support has increased ($2M more NIL this season) and he apparently isn't being forced to make any staff changes

Something isn't passing the sniff test here

EDIT: Not arguing any point you've made, just saying it doesn't make any sense to me and I want to understand it
I don’t think it’s “unacceptable” that those things happened this season. Disappointing? Absolutely. If it would continue to happen, then yeah, I’d say that’s unacceptable and I’m assuming that at least most of the people whose opinions actually matter feel the same way.

Whitman and I aren’t far apart … Many donors have stated it as well … Didn’t meet expectations this season …

So let’s get more resources … Let’s bring some core guys back … And let’s make a run …

But don’t get it confused … Whitman and many donors were not pleased with the results this year …

Whitman can make suggestions but it’s Brad’s program and Whitman has to support Brad until he can’t anymore … That’s Whitman’s job … If Brad wants to run it back with the same staff … It better f’ing work … And that’s the same thing Whitman is telling him …

JW doing exactly what i would do in this situation. If there's no revolt amongst donors, give BU the rope he wants and see what he does with it. Let him know results need to be better than what they were this year. And let donors know he's willing to make a change if things don't improve.

Only replacing Kwa would be an absolute failure this offseason. There has to be someone better out there. I don't think there is room for two developing assistant coaches on a team at this level, especially ones that run your offense and defense. Tyler has been good enough, but our defense is not at the level it needs to be if we want a deep run.
