I think this is the start if elder abuse. The younger partner comes in and starts controlling the older partner. Younger partner soon has control over all finances and starts alienating older partner from biological family. Never liked Belichick but I feel sorry for him if this is the case.
I don't know where you get your news, but I have never met the girl! I'm feeling pretty good actually. I don't have either the bankroll or fame to challenge Belichick anyway. I do have to admit that she is as cute as a speckled pup sitting in a red wagon! I'm sticking with Grandma!

Bill might live what, another 10-15 years? She can probably do the math. He can too. It’s like a warped version of visiting angels. Come to think of it, her mother runs a shop selling sex toys.
This episode is unlikely to be positive for his legacy, either in personal/family terms or professionally. And UNC leadership (not just the athletic dept) has to be “uneasy”, to say the least. Any publicity is good for her, but not necessarily for the university. I assume his contract would get some scrutiny if things go toes-up in the public eye.
Oh well. Each of them is happy and the public is sure being entertained. UNC seems to be the only loser so far. You might also consider his team and staff losers, to the extent they’re not being led and mentored by a role model. I much prefer Bert at the helm.

It’s Bill’s money and Bill’s bedroom and all that, true enough. I’ve just had elders in my family scammed and it’s a bit of a raw nerve.
