I’m once again asking for Aaron Henry and Bart Miller to find other places of employment.
Are there any more coaching changes expected on our staff? What would the timing for that look like?
I think the top 3 coaches I could see getting replaced are.
1. Discher
2. McDaniel
3. Miller
I think if we were gonna have fired Henry if would have already happened. Bret wants his boy I guess. Sad because I feel like it’s cost this team it’s ceiling.

there are rumors of a couple more & I would expect that news over the next 2 weeks
Staff will probably be stable until after this portal closes.
Can we get a hint at which position coaches/potential coordinators are rumored to depart?
FWIW many may read this and immediately think AH... Feel like that ship has sailed but would love to be wrong.
Worst fear is that Jamo is leaving... would be very bad.

Do we think this is certain staff members being given a chance to find another job before they are effectively fired?

I do wonder if we are more likely to have both coordinators back. I get giving position coaches time to find another job but there are many ripples from a coordinator. Either you fire them right after the bowl game or it's more likely you bring them back.
I think it’s almost 100% we have both coordinators back.
If Henry is back, they need to bring in a co-coordinator to make the defensive calls on 3rd and 15.

And I am not opposed to keeping Henry tho I know some may be. Maybe he needs some tactical guidance but it was clear this year especially after Xavier Scott went down he was playing from a short deck. That's very hard to do.
You either have to blitz a lot or play coverage. We took the coverage route a lot & at times didn't execute that very well. Personally I'd have liked to see more blitzing but that isn't a guarantee either. We have seen some real good out of him (both of the bowl games were solid game plans) that I think makes it viable to bring him back. Maybe bring in a seasoned former coach to be another voice in the room to help a bit.
