I suppose this helps explain the DL exodus and lack of high quality replacements (granted we still have some pretty good guys - but clearly a fall off).

What's the plan for a replacement coach and filling out the roster? I've heard a couple things mentioned - guys waiting on NCAA appeals and waiting for transfers after the spring semester. Is that the plan? Anything else you're aware of that you can share?

I'm replying to Indy's message but would love @illini0440 and any other insider input as well.

We’re switching the type DL and number of DL on the field in the new scheme. I think this just Jim wanting Jameson as his DL coach.

The defensive coaching plans will be unveiled after the super bowl.

Waiting on waivers … And could add in the spring if needed …
