I am upset guys, that's all. Right now most of the posts are exclusive to (we had worked so well together as the staff..improved the ability of Ayo to AA status, Kofi playing aggressive and putting up great numbers and all of a sudden a coach comes into taking that apart; yeah I am going to make it known that (how many times have we looked at calipari and associates and say that they have integrity and good examples of what and how to run a program that will benefit from top to bottom. The other reason why I am saying this is because some of the people who post on here talk about players parents. They also say things that they actually have no clue to what and how this players off the court situations are like. Most of these guys are not real friends and personal Fans of the beloved. I am against illegal recruiting anybody; staff, players coaches no matter what and when some of you guys react and post it seems as though you don't care or have no idea to what type of important factors that could lead to becoming a National champion. Leaders, Direction, Security and Real relationships that are stable and STRONG FOREVER. THAT IS IT AND THAT IS ALL. LOVE YOU GUYS... LET'S KEEP IT TOGETHER AND support BRAD, ORLANDO ANTIQUA AND RONALD CHIN COLEMAN throughout this process.

I'm sure we could do worse, but I have no interest in having the program revert to provincialism. If we need assistants, let's go after the best dang 'crooters out there, bar none.
If we get our fridge raided, we need to take those same money bags out on the market and raid someone else's fridge.

I tend to agree with this sentiment. However I would like to think about the long term future of the program... If and I say if Roger has an interest in becoming a head coach which I assume he does or he would not be in this profession. It might be in he's interest to sit down and have a chat about long term goals. BU could be here a number of years or gone tomorrow. I would like to see more stability and have someone on the bench in waiting. But that is just me.

The flip side is you don't elevate an assistant to his first head coach job. Not at our level. Guys like Powell need to be a head coach at a mid major for several seasons and have good success.
If we have a head assistant opening come up I'd like to see Roger Powell fill the vacancy for 3-5 years. Then I'd like to see him as a head coach at a mid major for 5-7 years. Then he'd be ready for Illinois or another P5 school. I believe Roger does have what it takes.
The way this is going, we could’ve had two new assistant coaches hired by now. We have now been in limbo for about a week. Lol

I would think that if both OA and Chin received and accepted pay raises from us there would have been an official announcement by now? Maybe not? Or at least someone's barber would have spilled the beans.
