We wouldn't know the dynamic until the hire is done. I doubt they operate in the capacity of who's the "top assistant". I think outsiders/fans like to rank, but I think most staffs just see it as a team. Now, if you're defining top assistant in terms of which Assistant will reel in the most talent? Who knows. I could see Anderson. I could see Chester.

Yeah I'm not going to know the inner dynamics. Just from the outside, it seems like Chester's resume would be more inline with the top assistant than the other 2 guys.

Whoever gets paid the most is my usual determinate. That will likely be Chester.
My source got a little ahead of themselves on the timing but....... I know that someone is looking into a real-estate agent and that the deal was done last week. And it is a person that has been talked a lot about on this page!

It's funny, I'm suddenly a lot less invested in our new assistant's recruiting ability than I am in their ability to raise capital from boosters and sponsors. In the short term, it's about how much cash you can splash. Relationships are seemingly secondary.

I’ve had similar thoughts. But relationship building will still be huge, and will include business relationships now too. Honestly I hope we are creating a whole new division at the school for maximizing all athletes brands. I expect the body of work to be done there to be quite significant across all programs.
