Well for 1. JJ was a DE not and inside LB. 2. What kind of promotion would there be for Bullen? He’s already an on field coach?
I thought Bullen was over just the edge guys. Taking over the linebackers as a whole is what I was saying. I know JJ Watt was a DE. Plenty of coaches coach positions they didnt play.

Buh didn’t have much to work with this year, but thought MLB actually improved. Also thought Buh was one of the better recruiters. That not the case?

Parents LOVED him … I had players parents immediately reach out to me extremely concerned about this transition … This was not necessarily expected …
Can’t really do much after they sign their LOI. That’s why coaches wait until after signing day for staff moves.
He’s not happy … And his family definitely is not happy …

man that’s tough. does Coach B have an upgrade in mind. Honestly not sure if I’d call it that considering what he had to work with. But I’d hope it will be one helluva recruiter who can develop. Thought Buh did well with hand he was dealt.

Letting Coach Buh go is not seeming to add up. Thought he was a big piece of the culture here they were building. And if he was considered to be a top recruiter, makes even less sense.

Guessing Bret has been reaching deep into his connections. Maybe another former Wisconsin assistant, like Chris Ash who might be available depending on what the Raiders do with their hire??
BB must have a home run hire already lined up. Otherwise, I'm totally with you. Buh seemed like a great guy and recruiter.
