To me, Powell is the most likely former Illini to end up our coach in the future. I like Chester but that talk is premature.
With Roger, Chester, Brian Randle, even throw Snacks in there, we have to have one of the more impressive stables of former players as coaches out there.

Sure, I get all that. But to date you all have said we will likely see a staff shake up while also saying BU and OA talk regularly but that nothing was really in the works... yet. So I guess I don't know that, based on what you've said so far, this actually indicates a domino falling our way rather than coincidence.
Would we let a staff member go to hire someone like OA again or are we more looking at a situation where a staff member is hired elsewhere and we are therefore going to have to wait for the carousel to spin a few more times before there's movement for us?
Isn't that because OA was doing the Zoom call with HuntDick?
And isn't that because OA needed to do it without Cal and Chin so he could secretly tell Baby Kofi that he should join OA at ILL?
