AJ Storr was part of the Tennessee injunction which granted the players named in that case (19 players including Storr) an injunction allowing them to play, and a limited transfer portal window between Aug. 3 and Aug. 10. So Storr can actually transfer.
The difference with Dent is he was not a named plaintiff in any suit, so his only relief is the Colorado nationwide injunction, which did not alter transfer portal rules or dates.
