Apparently those exhibit 10 contracts are not really contracts
Here's my question: did he get paid to play in Summer League? If so, how does that not count?
Like, what if a player decided to play pro basketball in the CEBL (Canadian basketball league), that runs every May to August, during every offseason while in college? Would that be allowed? If no, then how is it OK to get paid to play NBA Summer League ball between seasons?

I’ll continue to say this-we need to have at least a set or two where we have all-player movement like this.
I understand the “hunting matchups” mindset, and overall this clearly works. However, the one Achilles heel is when the offense gets stagnant. Plus, it would be nice as a change of pace.

Yeah, it's not easy to recruit someone to Charleston in general. I'd agree with that. That being said, Marty did nothing to deserve getting more time and Tom Michael leaving the way he did is shady as hell. Like I've already said on here, I'm basically checked out on the basketball program on here aside from watching a few games here on there.

He has ended 7 of the past 11 seasons with a worse KenPom rank than he started the season with. In the past 3 seasons as a head coach, his teams have finished KP rankings 50 places lower than they started (in fairness, he dropped 55 spots last year, from 22 to 77, and 94 spots his last year at Ark, from 14 to 108).

Youth sports is not in a good place in this country.
There was so much discussion this summer about how we can make the path for young soccer players more affordable and more similar to the way we've developed such elite basketball talent. The sad truth is, basketball is going in the soccer direction instead. Pure financial exploitation at every step of the process, to the detriment of the kids.
The metrics-based ranking systems will be high on Kansas but I'm not sure how their roster makeup translates from a qualitative perspective. The locker room dynamic seems like it will be strange. They've got 2 5-star freshmen and 3 4-star freshmen surrounded by a cast of journeyman seniors, all of which have played for 3+ schools. The only returner (besides now Tre White) is sophomore Kohl Rosario, who played ~9 min per game last year.
But who knows, I had the same feeling about Michigan last year and look how that turned out.
Does the mean Roddy Gayle will be ineligible? He played in the summer league. Is this essentially the same “loophole” Tre White is getting?
I teach and coach girls' basketball here in Charleston, so I try to go to some games here and there. I've developed a good relationship with the women's program so I enjoy going to their games because I know them. They've at least had some success in years past as opposed to the men's.
Arizona looks worse without Burries, Peat and Awaka. I think Burries looked more impactful at the college level than Holt at SG. Peat was a phyiscal beast. Awaka was a demon on the defensive side of things and the dunker spot.
I think Kharchenkov and Krivas is a good one-two punch. But they lack an impactful point guard to orchestrate the offense losing Bradley.
