Outkick busts ESPN for peddling a whopper re: SEC vs B1G schedule strength. They kinda overdid the lying, with stats way too bad to be true. Their chosen metric actually shows B1G schedules are tougher. Will ESPN publish a correction? 😂

PSU fans are morons. I hope they are the next coming of Nebraska.
Fixed it for you.

See the calls for BU to be fired before he made the F4.
Yes, and my point isn't about being upset for the UCLA and NW games (at that point, it is what it is).

It's just so obvious that the mad outrage following Oregon caused the team's collapse, far more than any other factor. We all saw it unfold in real time.
...
It's a classic example of why the LOCKER ROOM is always the most important aspect of any team. Once it's lost, the team is lost. As long as it's still intact, the team retains its pulse.

It's unfortunate because the folks on the outside will do whatever it takes to break that spirit.

It's the coaches, players, coordinators job to not let that happen. In this case, THAT's where the failure lied.

(not some OT loss in week 5 to the 2nd or 3rd best team)

Crocodile tears. Man, SEC can’t stop proving how soft they are now that they’re getting curb stomped by the Big Ten. Now they’re out here virtue signaling, trying to rewrite their history because they’re no longer on top, and are staring down the barrel of playing second fiddle to us as a conference for the foreseeable future because of money.

Sucks to suck.

For clarification, this is in response to Kirby Smart’s comment in the tagged tweet. Agree with Rosenthal obviously. But yeah McCray definitely went with the money as many do and would. Plano comes to mind a bit this year.

Reality was, McCray had one year left to make money playing football. He took it.

He would have played more at Illinois but he made more $ at Georgia. That was what he chose.

Yeah… I cannot fault a player for maximizing his “bag.” As beloved as McCray was (especially after the citrus bowl), he wasn’t ever going to make it to the NFL. He had one year to earn as much money as possible.
