DJW and all that untapped potential. Hope he puts it together at his next stop.

Bummer. Thought he had big minutes coming.

Didn't want either to leave but really thought if one was going that it would have been A.J.

Well, it would seem that he made this decision after having some time for him and Underwood to get to know each other and how he was likely to fit within what Underwood wanted to do. Bummer it didn't work, but presumably it was an educated choice on both sides.

I'm VERY interested to see what offers he gets

DJW probably the last kid ever to make their announcement known in a Newspaper Article.

My guess is Dave Leito is all over him. They need talent, that's for sure.

Good luck, DJW. You deserved more time under John Groce, IMO.

I am not surprised this happened. A little surprised that it is so late after BU got here. I wish him nothing but the best.

Yeah no shock here, even less when Tate asked about it.

Good Luck DJ where ever you land.

Wish you would of stayed for the turn around of Illinois Basketball.

These are the things that happen with new staff in place. Hope it was his choice, after he saw direction things are going. Good luck, D J . Alot of schools will check him out to be sure.

I agree... I don't see aj playing under any circumstances but a blowout. I said in the past that the 1 skill I thought he had was shooting & he hasn't even done that. DePaul was the 1st school that came to my mind when I heard dj was transferring. I wish him the best.

He didn't deserve more time. He has always been more potential than production.

Maybe he did maybe he didn't we will never know , as no one was able to go to practice and see, and he never got time on the floor to tell. Just wish him the best and hope he gets his Diploma where ever he lands

AJ ain't going no where. His family bleeds Orange and Blue with great Pride. You watch this young man will strive under a new offense

I think we will know based on what he does next. I hope he has wild success but I never saw a Big 10 player there. Groce will be vilified relentlessly if he puts it all together.
