Da'Monte Williams (2017 PG) commits to Illinois
Said it a few days ago that these kids weren't quiet about their plans. Tilmon will be a bit more hesitant to commit but people should feel good about our chances. This roster will be extremely balanced if we can get a couple of bigs. JCL is going to get plenty of buckets in the next few years, we have a couple of point guards and some decent athleticism all the way up to the 4 with Kipper and DJW. Would have been great to get a pg sooner than 2016 but things are looking up if people can be patient.

Frank Williams is my favorite Illini basketball player of all time. I am so happy his son is going to play for Illinois, too. I am excited for him and really hope he has a great career/college experience.
He's in my top 3. That's why Da'monte was the '17 I selfishly wanted the most.
