In a surprising move (given when it's being announced), Graham Potter has been sacked by West Ham.

Hammers set to hire Nuno Espirito Santo as Potter's replacement.
Potter not doing so good since he left Brighton

edit: Nuno working on managing the whole of premier league, almost halfway through now.

i had to look it up (and i should have known) but does anyone know who has managed the most premier league teams and how many?

My guess would be Big Sam - seems like he's been everywhere.

Ange Postecoglu sacked less than 20 minutes after the end of Forest's 0:3 loss to Chelsea.

Forest's owner left his seat midway through the 2nd half after Chelsea scored two goals.

Postecoglu's time in charge in Forest is now the shortest (or 2nd shortest if you include when Leeds brought in Big Sam at the end of the 2022/23 season to try and keep Leeds up) in PL history.

Sky Sports reporting that former Everton boss Sean Dyche has emerged as the frontrunner at Forest and is in advanced talks with the club. Former Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini is also seen as a candidate and is not entirely out of the running.

If Dyche ends up being the hire, this is going to be my reaction:

Wolves have sacked Vitor Pereira. He had just been hired last December to help them avoid relegation and was signed to a new 3-year deal back in September.

Wolves are winless in the Premier League thus far this season with 8 defeats and 2 draws.

not that i think either should be sacked right now, but whose seat is hotter: Amorim or Frank?

10-man Everton made Manchester United look awful

Never seen a player get a red (or a yellow) for an altercation with a teammate; seems like an odd referring decision

Just as an addendum to my previous post, I saw a Bluesky post shared by someone that said this is not only the first time in Premier League history that the opposing team has had a player sent off at Old Trafford and still won the match, it's the first time in Manchester United's history that they have lost a home match in any competition when the opposing team have had a player sent off.

Gotta be brutal to be a Wolves supporter right now. They score a goal in a Premier League match today for the first time since late October. They still ended up losing with some of the supporters turning their back to the pitch in the latter stages of the match.

They've only got 2 points all season and with how they currently look, it wouldn't surprise me if they threaten Derby County's fewest points record of 11 set back in the 2007-08 season.

3 of Wolves next 4 matches are away. Those matches are at Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester United.
