Wolves was officially relegated on Monday following West Ham's draw against Palace. Wolves heading back to the Championship after an 8 year run in the Premier League.

After winning the Premier League a decade ago, Leicester City has been relegated in consecutive seasons, now heading down to League One. Part of what sealed their fate this season was a 6 point PSR deduction that was assessed in February with the Foxes appeal denied a couple weeks ago.

Burnley relegated back down to the Championship following today's loss to Manchester City.

Burnley manager Scott Parker is leaving the club by mutual consent effective immediately following the club's relegation. Burnley assistant Mike Jackson will be the interim manager for the rest of the season.

Ipswich Town get the second automatic promotion spot and head back up to the Premier League.

The promotion play-off matchups will be:

Millwall/Hull City
Southampton/Middlesbrough

Wrexham miss out on the final play-off spot by virtue of their 2:2 draw with Middlesbrough and Hull City's 2:1 win over Norwich City. Hull City finish the season with 73 points. Wrexham finish with 71 points.
