Thanks for the head's up. Rutgers looked really good until they stopped playing with ~8 minutes to go. They didn't scare St. Johns, I don't think they scare us.

Watched plenty of the Rutgers exhibition. I thought Ace and Harper were very good - As advertised. J Williams mostly effective.
Their 4th through 9th guys…. simply not good enough to talk about that team as a serious contender. Like fringe power conference rotation guys.
Fun to watch though.

Bailey is long, bouncy and athletic but raw. It wasn’t fun to watch so I changed :)

WVU plays Charleston in about 5 minutes on ESPN+ for anyone interested.

AH and SH both starting in their exhibition vs. Charleston. AH with 4 points including a nice jam before the first break. SH a quick steal and looking tenacious.

Amani with 11 pts. Sencire with 9, at least one steal, 2 blocks in the first half, and caused a few more turnovers with his usual brand of havoc D. Sencire believe it or not stat........ 5-5 from the FT line.

Harper/Bailey needed some help and there was none to be found. I've seen St Johns listed in Top 25's and NCAA Tourney Dark Horse picks to go far.... but then again, it was a scrimmage.... so nothing really can be surmised from this meeting...

Watched about 5 minutes of Dayton vs Xavier early on in game before it was a blowout (X won by 24). Nothing really to report except I saw one of our portal targets make nice basket.

Calm down it's an exhibition game. They might or might not be good but making some declaration after an exhibition game is way too premature.
