We JUST got our email “survey” for parking lot choices at 10:05 today.
Same here - @ 8:54 am - happy to see since I didn't know that I previously opted out of notifications and didn't receive an email on my FB ticket selection date in early April

Well, I'm confused. The Illini ERA website says that Champion level has access to lots 32, 33, 37, 38, 39, 42, and 45, but my survey did not include 37 or 38 as possible preferences. Anyone else?

It's my 1st year with season tickets. What are the best lots for parking? I'm Champion level.

If you want grass it is 31, 42, and 45 in that order. If you are OK with pavement then I would request what is closest to your seats.

I liked the paved lot 32 until I upgraded to 31.

Has anyone been contacted about their parking selection yet this month? The Illini Era site says people should get their results in June, however I haven't received mine yet (6/27) but also haven't heard of anyone else receiving theirs either.

Nope, and furthermore, I haven't been able to get my rep to return any of my calls or emails. I chalked it up to competing with the SFC reseating that was happening concurrently in June, but now I'm starting to wonder if my rep is still employed...

A little surprising. You would think if someone left they would monitor their email. How hard is it to forward those emails like most service organizations? There is some occasional turnover. I know Geniya Petty recently left. Some of these reps are contracted out to The Aspire Group and aren't directly employed by the DIA. I will say from personal experience IFund seems to run much better than ICON. ICON seems more like a black hole from my experience.

I'd reach out to this guy and see what the issue is: https://fightingillini.com/staff-directory/joshua-joines/2094

FWIW, my rep (Bobby K) sent out a note saying he was departing to join the Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association. Maybe same rep?

Mine moved away a few weeks ago. She sent a farewell email. Then last week I received one from my new rep.
We must have the same rep, I got the same emails. I'm on my third rep in the last two years; must be a steppingstone type of job.

Has anybody purchased the cushioned seat/back in the past? I have always had my own very compact seat, but I'm thinking it may be worth having them already there? Especially since my wife and I like to walk through campus and campustown (what's left of it) before and after the games. Are they comforatable and not too bulky? Are they annoying for other fans in the area? Any opinions?

The main con is the expense, but I love them because they add comfort and clearly mark your seat - and they can't be moved. I have even ordered them *just* for the outer seats of my four or five seat ticket block to prevent seat creep.

I enjoyed your first post (different thread, 5 seats for 4 butts) but felt "what's the point when others will just crowd in anyway". LOVE this post - bookend those spots!

I just tried to purchase mine this morning through the website, but I couldn't complete the order. It said 'Illini Seatbacks were unavailable for this order' I called the customer service number, and they were unaware of what the issue was and said they would call me back. I just got a call back telling me they were adding more seats to the inventory, and I can now complete my purchase online. However, my seatbacks would be plain gray because they were sold out of the orange Illinois branded seats. I've never ran into this problem before. If anyone is wanting to get seatbacks it might be a good idea not to wait too long.

Thanks, good tip, I ordered mine just now. I didn't have any trouble and the system said nothing about grey seats. It won't matter to me either way, just noting it.
