Iβm happy for him. Not particularly sad he left. He just didnβt fit what Brad wants to do, especially with Morez on roster. Glad he found a good landing spot and Iβm rooting for him.

K State is out in the B12. Hawkins college career is over aside from some consolation tournament. 2-9 with 5 points and 7 rebounds in a loss to Baylor.

Thought I heard they might just let everyone get 5 years of eligibility from now on. OK player and good shooter, just never made a big step.
That was a rough watch
I saw the first few seconds and stopped. Having team members who genuinely care is a really big deal, and nobody can say Coleman's heart wasn't into it. Frankly, I wish he had gone out on a career night, but very few live the fairy tale. He still came out ahead, and has another fan base that will watch him in the pros when they get the chance. I hope he has great success.

I have a ton of respect for Coleman taking on the mantle of leadership and owning he let his guys down (even though I don't think he did). He's all class
It's okay, Coleman...you're an Illini for life! I'm glad he got that giant bag of money. If he can't make an NBA team, he'll do well overseas. Maybe reunite with Kofi in Korea?

This video reminded me of the footage of Tim holding TSJ's head on bench as UCONN was finishing up off, Tim repeatedly telling Terrance, "This does not define you." Powerful stuff.
