Chase Brown hands to the head that was a penalty!!!! these refs I don't know if they have money on one of the sports betting websites but these guys are jokers they're absolutely horrible

That's the only explanation that makes any sense, but it's still is a terrible call, because that replay was pretty clear, and that ball never hit the ground.

I was going to post that. The guy rushing hit Brown in the head. Clearly roughing the passer.
