Serious question, what happened to Luke rolling out of the pocket? Hes stepping up into it and it’s collapsing

1. GARBAGE pocket presence by Luke. He’s been bad at this his whole career. It’s never gotten better. Luke’s not good there.

You're just wrong. Where in the rule book is leading with your shoulder and and making contact with your shoulder to the offensive players shoulder a targeting?
