Why is that so bad? 18 wins in two years would be super successful. Pre season a lot of people including myself predicted 8-4

Because we came into the game ranked #9 and many had us projected as a playoff team.

8-4 is a far cry from that.

The lines had looked disappointing the past two games in the first half. This is a massive exposure. We are Charmin soft. I get that the secondary is depleted, but it wouldn’t have mattered if we were full strength if we were getting handled like this on the lines of scrimmage.

Well if I belive correctly one of 2 schools brought back more starters and 1 of the others with the only one I can remember is Clemson and we see how things went for them today and past couple of weeks.all I can even with injuries and such this is extremely embarrassing

Unfortunate. We lucked out in that regard last year, stayed really healthy. The only one we were pretty banged up was Minnesota. And sadly that's college football- typically the surprise overachievers are the ones who stay the healthiest. We're struggling right now and no bye in sight sadly

On the one hand, I'll never forget how bad it feels to have our games on in the worst time slots with the worst announcing crews possible. On the other hand, getting blasted on primetime makes my heart hurt.
