I’m done for tonight. This isn’t a positive experience. Shifting my focus back to cycling for fun and stress relief. See all ya’ll next week.

Too much lip service for this team and recruiting. Dont see development with OL or DL amongst other positions. RBs look flat. But if cant block its tough to get going. Feagin is just too soft to be primary. Anderson should get some tick. Defense….yikes. Jacas looks weak, and rest of DL look soft.

Why is that so bad? 18 wins in two years would be super successful. Pre season a lot of people including myself predicted 8-4
8-4 is nice, especially with where we’ve been, but man oh man, this is embarrassing on national tv. We’re back to the only ppl who care about this team are the locals, students and alums. No way we’re talked about on the national stage angain for the rest of the season…unless we beat OSU…which after this, seems like a pipe dream.

On the bright side (since I despise IU), this game might not even be considered a good win come November for them.

We can complain about injuries, but this Illini squad completely imploded against good competition. Really hard to see any bright side from tonight.

I fear the season can get away from the team over the next month.

Not rooting for it but IU is stupid for keeping their qb in

Trying isn’t good enough on a top 10 team !!!!

Make a play !!!! Wrap the guy up !!!!

Trying is good enough for 6-6 teams … Hey they tried …

This isn’t me calling out your post … I hear what you’re saying … But CFB playoff teams don’t just try … They win … They dominate … Every rep …
Oh I don't disagree, but I think at this point in the game, down 5+ scores, you just have to survive the game and get to the next one. None of what we're seeing is acceptable for a .500 team, but I just don't know if we have any other real options here. Plus if we're short in DBs next week, we need whoever the 2nd stringers are to get as many reps as they can, even if their play isn't up to snuff.

If we're down 14pts or even 21pts, I'm with you, but at this point, just get whoever needs it reps.

Is this payback for what Brad did to them on the hardwood last winter?
