I thought there was a rule there was a rule that only the person who fumbled the ball can recover it under two minutes - or is that just the NFL? Stops plays like the Kenny Stabler holy roller fumble for a TD to win a game for the Raiders back in the day.

Just a nfl rule. Only applies when it’s last 2 minutes in a half or 4th down. No rule in college I believe?
