We can clear the full court pressure and blitz/destroy their 2 guys back....dont understand why we are stuck to half court offense...make them pay.

We have the horses to run these guys off the court if we choose to. If we play half court we will continue to struggle.

Nothing like a good ‘ol slice of humble pie. We’ll be fine. Our defensive grit and rebounding is what will keep us in games like this, and it’s the reason we’re only down 1. First true road game in 2 years — of course there are some nerves. Time to settle down and come out poised and confident as the better team in the 2nd half.

Hesitant to pass. So many open looks during that pressure...and they defer back to the guards instead of making the open pass.

Kofi certainly helps in intense ball pressure defenses.

Defense was mostly fine and we’re rebounding well, but good lord do we look out of sync on offense. 15 turnovers is insane

As stated above by another poster, this is not a problem Kofi can solve. Simply have to work harder and smarter with the ball. Inside out game needs to show. Too many shots simply thrown at the board. Going to need to hit FF and that is a huge if also.

Kofi changes this game a metric ton. Much easier entry passes. Over the press...off the pick and roll. The lack of entry passes and the poor attempts to Omar and BBV is really limiting them.

I think we straighten this out and win by 10 points

He creates a certain gravity away from high ball pressure, sure.

Frazier, Grandison, and Damonte need to play about 55+ in the second half. They’re the only ones with any poise out there.

15 turnovers is embarrassing for guards with our experience

We need to get shooters to spots on the break. We beat the press and either back off or drive on the two collapsing defenders with no one in position to score off the dish. The kick 3 needs to be a weapon against this press. Hit a couple, get them scrambling, then the drive to the hoop opens up.
