It'd be interesting to look at Big10 or other power 5 program's coaching staffs to see what kind of turnover/replacements theyve made when they had poor records. Are we an outlier with our staff stability over the last 5 years?

To be fair, I can totally see this turn into groce laying a decent foundation talent wise and then a new coach comes in and runs with it. That's usually how total revuilds go like we had

There is definitely some talent. Groce and his staff have proven they are incompetent when it comes to teaching defense, teaching fundamentals and planning how to attack using our advantages.

I sincerely hope Groce starts TeJon next game. Offense is so much more smooth when he is in. It's blatantly obvious.
