Our guards struggled to get in the lane. That's were after the Purdue game I thought we would improve with Belo back. Maryland is kind of sagging off Belo and daring him to shoot anything outside 12 feet. They aren't guarding other guards like thati wish Belo had hit more of em. He has had good looks from them sagging giving him space

His main contribution has been rebounding. Scott has a career high and Damonte has zero points.

Md. is an unmotivated team with plenty of size and talent that is made up of new players who lost their coach and cohesiveness. All those negatives are things that can be changed overnight...especially if opponent's unstoppable AA is removed. That is what we see happening. This Illini team is not and never has been flawless...but they can be beaten without Kofi.
