Still not sure about going for it there but I'll take it.
Glad I'm doing the double tv today (Oregan @ Washington on the other tv). Both games are competitive thankfully. Tied on the road at half, I'll take that! Considering how many turnovers & sacks we have been on the wrong end of this season, we have been competitive with a much better team so far. One could argue Maryland (offense) has underachieved so far this game. Dumb penalties by the Terrapins also helped us move down the field. We'll take it!!!!

exactly. Going for a FG means nothing because you are still down and they get the ball to start the 2nd half. Get the TD and have the momentum in the 2nd half. Even if they score to start the half, we are only down by 1 score. Good call.
