I wish this could be bolded. When you get to the rim, you're forcing the refs to make a call. We got to the rim and we got a call. Keep Maryland out of the lane and 1)you won't see any more and 1's and 2)the whistles won't be blown.
This issue is our guards. Quit with the refs.

This is an absolute battle.
Someone tell me, is it supposed to be fun watching these games? All I feel is stress.
Really need to stop Young from getting to the lane. They have nothing else on offense
Goode needs to shoot more. Painful as that would be to get through while he is misfiring, he has GOTto figure out -- by seeing the ball go through the hoop -- that he is easily the best pure shooter on this team. It is a confidence issue and not one thing else. Other guys make open threes (good), but he can make contested threes IF HE BELIEVES.
Really, a lot of other guys (TSJ, dude, shake-and-bake and then ram the ball through the cylinder like you DID earlier in the season! ... and Ty, come on man, rattle a rim for a brother, baby) need to get the ball to the rim, get fouled and take the free throws they give you. Just do it. And then when Goode is in, punish the other team at our offensive end by getting him the ball for 3s, again and again ... BUT with a significant lead. (Let's see what my opinion here draws for insightful commentary, lol).
If (1) better rim scoring that in turn promotes (2) scoring by dead-eye 3 point shooters (don't miss-identify the solid OPEN shooters that comprise most of our team as dead-eyes) doesn't get established soon, then we're in for a wild ride for the rest of the season. Just another impassioned opinion
