Brad better wake em up. This one will sting in terms of seeding. It will also justify anyone saying this team is soft and will get bounced first weekend.

I really do not see Md. having a great game plan other than hitting circus shots and the ball bouncing to them on most misses.

Body language difference is starting to concern me. One team looks fired up, intense, and joyful.. the other looks like its going through the motions... and we aren't the first one..

For whatever reason, no matter how good a team we have and no matter how 💩 a team they have, we ALWAYS struggle against Maryland, especially at their place. It's such a weird Achilles heel we've always had. 🤷

I saw the replay. There was another Illini player right there to stop the dribbler. Horrible play on Wagler's part.

Keaton, Tomi, Boz or hell anyone else is gonna have to hit one or two of these open threea they ha e missed or turned down today.
We arent getting the calls at the rim like Maryland is. Mills didnt look even touched on at least one of those.

Mills is just destroying the Illini, and so far our coaches have no answer to even slow him down. We are limping towards the playoff season, playing our worst basketball in this last month.

I don’t understand why we have such a problem consistently bringing energy. Maryland is playing with purpose. I’m really tired of fielding soft teams.

At least in the first half we were contesting the shots Maryland made, but now in the second half Maryland guys that have been making the threes in the first half are now being left open. C'mon!

This whole last week it has been top 15 teams playing poor competition and it's either been a barn burner or straight up loss. This was predictable.

It’s extraordinarily concerning if every single guy on the bench isn’t pissed off right now. The one thing you can always control every single game is how intense you are about your will to win.

On the road or not, this isn’t losing to a #7 seed in the Second Round concerning … it’s losing to a #15 seed FIRST Round concerning.

FIGURE IT OUT AND STEP UP, BOYS!
