Does it make sense given what could be seen? Yes.

I think most of us could tell it was off of Watts’ hand.

It was pretty obvious when Ben is trying to grab the ball and the ball violently ricochets in the direction that the Maryland player’s hand was going.

These things are all true, it seemed that way, that was the likeliest conclusion from the available evidence. If you had to make a new call on the floor, you'd call it off Maryland.

But that's not supposed to be the rule, and re-ruling everything based on what the replays SEEM like has opened the door to just reviewing everything to death all the time for minutes on end.
