Game Thread: Illinois at Michigan State

[The Galloping Ghost]

Nobody needed this game to go to overtime.

[BWBW]

Overtime. Wow.

[LouHenson]

Wide. Open. Drop.

Bad thow it would have been a circus catch

[Jon]

Appreciate the pressure to put that threat down

[Ramrod2010]

What is Fitz doing with his timeouts?

Overtime introduces chaos. MSU had this game by the huevos to win in regulation.

Think they still win, but if they lose its on him.

The real loser isn’t whoever has less when the games finally over it’s all of us for having to watch this awful game.

[TentakilRex]

Screw it! All out blitzes in OT!

[illiram]

We ran the ball. You go for the win. #FIRELUNNEY

[aaeismacgychel]

I just don’t know what to say. We now need our defense to win us this one.

[NoRival]

Epic collapse

[LFOD]

Lunney is having visions of running it up the middle..

[STLflyinIllini]

Wide. Open. Drop.

Bad throw. Would have been a ridiculously good catch

[LouHenson]

I'm super optimistic we win in OT

Will you share what your smoking?

[Mr. Roberts]

Only punted once (with 20 seconds left) - and we can't win.

[BZuppke]

Boy our D is really bad. And Fitzy with the towel waving. What a putz.

His release is interesting. Has been throwing into some tight windows...

[Retro62]

Regardless of whether we win in OT, this game is a failure for this program.

[skyIdub]

I'm super optimistic we win in OT

I'm super optimistic we win in OT

[NASchamp]

Whatever happens, MSU coaches have looked absolutely unhinged this game.

[Oracle21]

Look at the bright side. This is great experience for Clayton and Boyd

Well....that was nice.
