Jeff George. Yes!! I've been waiting all season for this.

Zero expectations for this game anyway. It's in essence a throw-away game. Neither Lunt nor Crouch is capable of taking us to the Big Ten championship game (not this year; not the next two). It's time to see -- over the next 6 games, hopefully -- if JG has the skill set or not.

On the more optimistic side, it's time for another "Illini dream game". It's been way too long since Juice & Company provided the last one. Go ILLINI!

If the game disappoints, we've always got Kyle Hendricks and the Cubbies to turn to tonight!

I'm guessing it is his right shoulder? He may have hurt it when he fumbled in Overtime against Purdue or early on in the Rutgers game.

If he hurt it against Purdue, why did he play last week? I would hope that he's just being given a chance to heal for the Homecoming game.

I can understand why we're not get clear answers on what is going on. We want teams to prepare for Lunt/Crouch on the presumption that they could play, but it's frustrating as a fan.
