We're somewhat rested. Everyone available has actually been able to practice. We made effective defensive adjustments against a solid Hawkeye offense. If we can just shoot semi-competently from 3 (27% or better), I think we can steal this one. Prove me right, boys.
The same solid Hawkeye offense that put 58 against Northwestern. Let's not over value our defense against Iowa. It was some good change and Latulip broke it down beautifully but if we don't figure out how to rebound it will be very difficult to win.

I think we’ll make it a game. That’s good enough for me today. Have a chance to win, and if we fall short I will be elated. Michigan is really good.
Strapping on a new attitude today! Battling flu all night led me to watch ‘89 Illinois-Syracuse game in wee hours. Great reminder of the magic that can happen at this time of year. March is going to magical for someone so why not us? We are getting healthier and are rested. Let’s win the next 2 and get off the 8-9 seed line and the enjoy a special run!

This one is going to be a tough one for us. Without Morez, we're going to struggle guarding them 1 on 1 and if we double whichever big has the ball, we've shown we're not fast enough to recover to prevent a wide open 3 from a bunch of 40% 3pt shooters. As well we're going to struggle getting boards against them. So to win we're going to have to turn them over a bunch, take care of the ball, and then bury our open looks, all things we haven't done particularly well. It'd also help if we can drive the ball and get them in severe trouble while staying out of foul trouble ourselves.
While this game isn't unwinnable, it's just not a good matchup for us. At this point just gotta hope all of those open threes we've missed this season set the net on fire tonight. Because otherwise, I think it'll be tough to keep this game closer than at arms reach. Tough matchup.

A reminder, the women are playing Michigan on BTN right now. We're up 34-28 at the half. With a win and a Maryland loss later this afternoon, we clinch a double bye in the B1G tourney.
If it makes anyone feel any better, Ol' High Knees has already been spotted in East Lansing today, so we won't have to deal with his nonsense. No clue on DJ Bald Head.
