I like what the spread indicates. Just high enough to get people to bite on Minn + 9. Not low enough where everyone takes Ill - 3 or whatever. Also not high enough (-13) where Illinois has more trouble covering.
Vegas knows these things and must make money. Of course it’s college basketball and everything doesn’t always go according to plan. But I would guess a Illinois 10-12 point win.
