At the risk of sounding like a broken record because I highlighted this last game: what is Underwood’s obsession with saving his “lose it or use it” first half time out until the last possession of the half? It would have been much more effectively used when we went down 9-2 or 11-2 to lay into them and try to change momentum.

At least I hope that if we go down 9-2 or 11-2 vs a good team we aren’t saving that time out to draw up a play with 24 seconds to go in the half. Momentum for a few minutes is worth much more than a single play at the end of the half.

Would be surprised if Nebraska keeps this up for 2 halfs. There is a reason they are 0-5.

I, um, hope the AP voters don't watch the games?

They are going 1 on 1 with Kofi so far and it is paying dividends. Kofi has missed severall close range shots now and their perimeter defense has been outstanding. This game will probably go down to the wire. For a 25% 3 pt shooting team they are doing pretty well.

It's so easy with this team to see if they are locked in night in night out. The body language and first few possessions at the start of the game screamed "we should blow this team out so let's relax." Then the intensity turned up and we got out to an 8 point lead and the relaxed body language was back on full display. Very frustrating with a veteran team.

Yes, but they also took OSU to OT when they played them at home. We may not be so lucky given out propensity to play down to our competition.

That looked like the most uninspired half we have seen in a long time. Look a step slow and just not sharp.

We need a touch to Kofi every time down the court. Plummer seems to be forcing his shot. He need to look for better screens to get an open look. That is where he is deadly.

It's been a hot minute since the B1G had a team you could turn your back on. I think we turn it around but you can lose in any building on any night once you're into league play.

Terrible end to the half but all the “lack of intensity” or “killer instinct” crap has to stop. This is a very good team who does not have a point guard right now. A team without a point is going to have spurts where they over dribble, turn it over, and look like crap. Has nothing to do with intensity. When the ball doesn’t stick, we look good. Simple as that.
