At the end of the day these are D1 athletes. We are bound to have a couple close games against teams that are not very good.
The goal is to just come out with a W.
We need to get the ball to him when he's 6' or under from the basket at good angles. We've been getting it to him in middle of paint and he's having to think too much. 1. Is a double coming. 2. Is someone open. 3. Go left or right

I though that article was going to have a twist. If it did, I missed it. Seemed like the gist was St. Thomas was going to show up and win the game for us.

What I really like about your son's maturation to college ball is coming from being a high octane HS scorer to really buying in on the defensive end....He will get his points , I'm sure , but has to show BU he is willing to learn how to defend first....it show's he has bought into the concept and he will benefit with more tick throughout the rest of the season.....You should be very proud of your son and his progress in a P5 environment.....

We are ranked #25 because we play uninspired at times throughout games like tonite. We played headsup for about 10 minutes so far. Road game or not ...this is how you get beat in ncaa tourney. I think we are allowed to drive the lane like other teams do. Lets hope we figure it out or we could be in trouble in this one.

I am wondering what is up with Gradison, have not been impressed with his play the last few games. He had a nice layup, but he lost his man on defense again. And he loses every physical confrontation with the ball and said physicality seems to mentally take him out of his game. Maybe time to get some other guys some tick until he gets his head right
Not sure I would describe Kofi as having missed "several". He is 4 for 7 and was likely fouled on 2 of the 3 he missed.
If they are not doubling Kofi then he needs 12 or more shots. He only took 7. Trent and Plummer took 10 and 8. Many were not quality looks either. Hopefully we show Nebraska a little more respect this half.
I don't think he feels 100%. He just isn't moving like a D1 baller.

Kofi needs to be smarter about going for help side blocks. Too many times he opens up easy offensive rebound opportunities for his man
